Waterford Renovation: Facade Makeover
01. Brief
The exterior facade of this stunning 25 year old double-storey home had become faded and weather-damaged over the years, and was overdue for a spruce-up.
02. Results
Our team removed the old exterior paint and non-adhered render, and re-rendered the required areas.
New texture coat and paint was then applied to the entire exterior of the house. We also re-painted the eaves, soffits, ceilings, columns, barge boards and tile scribes.
The old aluminium windows were sanded back and painted, and new flyscreens & rollers were installed.
The front fence was also refurbished and painted.
Finally, we removed the old outdoor paving. Concrete foundations were laid and the whole area was re-tiled. A new roof was installed over the front sunroom, and UPVC lining was added to the sunroom and entrance porch.
