It depends on the size, design, site and approvals. We'll talk you through the expected programme once we understand your project, before you commit.

Do you work with plans from our own architect?

Yes. If you already have plans, we'll review them and provide a detailed, itemised quote, and flag any build-ability or cost concerns at that stage.

Yes. Xon Construction Pty Ltd (ABN 55 626 196 012), trading as X-ON Construction, is a registered building contractor in WA (BC105203) and a member of Master Builders WA.

What We Build.

We build architect-designed new homes, from compact, high-performance infill homes to large family residences. What they share is considered design, good materials and construction built to last.

We work with your architect or designer from early concept through to handover, and we coordinate every trade and supplier on site.

Our Approach

Our Approach to New Builds.

01. Pre-Construction

Before construction starts, we go through the details that protect your budget and programme: a full review of your drawings, a construction schedule, and clear documentation of what's included and what isn't.

02. Construction

We run the build ourselves, coordinating trades and materials and checking quality as we go. We keep you informed as the build progresses and are easy to reach when questions come up.

03. Handover

Before handover we complete a defects inspection with you, provide the certification documents, and walk you through how the home works. We stay in touch after handover for anything that comes up during the defects period.

Where We Build.

We work across Perth, with a focus on the coastal suburbs from Fremantle to Mullaloo, including Fremantle, Cottesloe, City Beach, Scarborough, Trigg, Sorrento, Hillarys and Mullaloo. Coastal sites bring their own conditions, such as salt air, wind and sandy soils, and we plan for them from the start.
